I offer psychotherapy in-person in San Francisco and online across California.
My approach
As a therapist, I believe it is a gift to witness and support others as they grapple with their vulnerability and truth. I aim to be present with my own process so that I can support you in yours.
I am warm, relational, and trauma-informed.
I offer a creative model of psychotherapy known as gestalt, which I see as inherently liberation-oriented.
Sessions include building awareness of the here-and-now, collaboration and consent, experiential exercises, parts work, and integration. Together, we might explore emotions and somatic sensations, imagination and images, systems of oppression, and aspects of yourself that have been kept quiet or hidden.
Therapy with me offers a grounding space to notice what’s happening in the present moment, integrate new experiences, and create lasting change. Together, we expand awareness, reconnect with choice and agency, and help you move toward a life that feels aligned and alive.
Therapy modalities
I draw from gestalt, somatic, humanistic, existential, liberation, and depth-oriented traditions. If you’re interested, I also welcome dreams, imagery, and transpersonal explorations. I aim to bring my genuine care and curiosity, an air of collaboration rather than authority, and create a space where you feel safe and seen.
