It’s good to meet you this way. I’m Zoë! 👋

A woman with curly brown hair, wearing round glasses and a septum piercing, smiling outdoors.

I am a therapist offering support for people with nondominant identities and experiences. I am particularly well-suited to work with multiracial people, aapi, bipoc, and nonbinary folx.

Teens (14+), adults, and couples or polycules are all welcome.

Together, we explore what it means to be fully alive, experience radical accompaniment, and find a greater sense of agency.

My approach is warm, relational, somatic, and trauma-informed.

I offer a creative, nontraditional model of psychotherapy known as gestalt. You might have heard of offshoots, particularly the parts work popularized by Internal Family Systems.

My work is collaborative and experiential. The truth that pop psychology influencers don’t tell you is that real change is slow. It requires a solid relational container. And insight alone is not enough – it requires new experiences, practice, and integration. In this way, I help you expand your sense of agency.
