“you don’t have to learn. how. to love yourself. you just have to remember there was nothing wrong. with you. to begin with. you just have to come home.”

Who I work with

I offer therapy for people navigating burnout, identity pressure, grief, and relationships. Many of my clients are high-achieving women of color or mixed race who carry a lot, but they’re exhausted or realize their lives aren’t sustainable.

Individuals

Adults wanting clarity, grounding, and deeper self-understanding.

Couples

Partners seeking better communication, emotional connection, and healing of relational patterns.

Teens (14+)

Young people exploring identity, belonging, stress, and family dynamics.

My approach is warm, relational, and trauma-informed.

Therapy with me often includes:

• tuning into emotions and body

• making space for parts of you that have been quiet or hidden

• exploring identity, relationships, and oppressive systems

• experience-based exercises

Together, we explore what it means to be fully alive, experience radical accompaniment, and move toward a deeper sense of agency.
